Carynne Corvaia has  been writing stories since she was four. She received her first “writing award” in second grade.

All her life, she wanted to write a “real book,” but never did. She thought it would be too hard and take too many years. Instead, she edited books, wrote chapters for books, and was a ghostwriter for other people’s books.

But a few years ago, she wanted to tell truths that couldn’t be told strictly by “facts.” She started writing children’s stories because she wanted to connect intimately with her readers. She believes a children’s story strips life down to the simple, the essential, and the true. Sometimes fewer words have more impact.

Most of her stories were written for an audience of one, just the way she is going to teach you. Carynne is a professional writer, technical editor, and writing coach. Today she’s here to help you on your journey to create a closer relationship with your grandchild.
